Wonderful view of Kramer, Waxensteine ​​and the Alpspitze from the really nicely designed terrace. Sympathetic, mixed audience and a super friendly team, which without hesitation fulfills small extra wishes. Thank you and the Ratscafé for the best!

Was there for breakfast on September 24th with a friend. The weather was great and we were able to enjoy the great outside terrace with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and balanced. Above all, the nice male service (probably the boss) fulfilled our every wish and made the day sweeter ☺️

Made a short stop today at noon and met a colleague here. Nice staff, fast service and yes, the tourists are already bustling around 👀Parking facilities are available across the street, for a fee, but OK - it's Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Only the man inside behind the counter was friendly and told us we could choose the table outside. Outside the staff was probably stressed, very unfriendly and at the end of the day without a tip, there was no excuse! It's a shame, otherwise a nice café!

Friendly service, fair price, all good! .. and I would like to add that our dog and another were immediately supplied with water. Absolutely fine! 😉

Extremely slow service. They left us waiting for 15 minutes to take our order. We wanted to have a breakfast but after the long wait we just ordered coffee. Coffee was great but after wanting to pay it took her another 15 minutes to take the money. Really sad.

Th entire visit was irritating: On arrival the waitress complained to us that she is alone with only one Chef - and he seems to work slow. Is that my problem? We asked for the menu and were promted, pretty unfriendly, to scan the QR code - and she left out table. I was unable to ask her for the wifi password, as we had no 4G. She returned after some time asking what we want to order. Explaining her that we don t have WiFi amd we would need the PW she grumbled something we couldn't understand and she was gone again. She reminded us that she is very busy. After some time she returned and we just ordered two coffee, without having seen the menu and not ordering any food. My partner, a foreigner, went to the bathroom and forgot to wear his face mask. He got a long lecture in Bavarian- English on how things work in.Bavaria. She then came to me and complaint about my partner with the same speech about the infamous Bavarian legislation. We do not believe in any conspiracy and do wear face masks, but just forgot it for the moment. A short " wear your mask please" would have done the job! And I got scoled when using the wrong exit from the toilette - sorry I haven t seen the sign. Cheers, I hope this helps.

Claudia, I cannot emphasize it enough how much we enjoy the great food, bier and service. Each year we visit we have to come here as a must do while we are staying at the military resort (Eidelweiss). We shall return in the spring and will be having lunch and dinner on a daily basis. Fantastic palce to have your breakfast. We were staying in a hotel nearby this cafe and decided to give it a try and was worth it. The omelets and scrambled eggs were very very good. The service was superb, waiter explained us in English and even brought an English menu for us. The have a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from. If you are nearby should give this place a try.
